1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Sequra.
2. Credits and payment
Sequra services are paid for with prepaid credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR (equivalents in USD, GBP, and PLN are calculated at the exchange rates displayed at checkout).
- Minimum initial purchase is 50 credits.
- Credits are consumed as you use paid features.
- Access to paid features begins once payment is confirmed.
- Bank-transfer orders are activated after funds are received.
3. Acceptable use
You must use Sequra in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant Sequra a limited license to process them solely to deliver the features you request. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
5. Our intellectual property
The Sequra software, models, brand, and documentation are owned by Sequra Worldwide SA and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Sequra online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or change features from time to time.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
Sequra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequra's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Sequra in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Sequra at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sequra Worldwide SA's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
