This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the activities that are not allowed on Sequra. It applies to everyone who uses the service and supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, extract, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, infringing, or violates a third party's rights.
  • Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors.
  • Promotes terrorism, violence, or self-harm.
  • Contains malware, exploits, or unsafe executable payloads.
  • You do not have the right to process.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Interfering with other customers or the underlying infrastructure.
  • Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
  • Using the service to build a competing product.
  • Scraping the site or automating requests outside of official APIs.
  • Sharing credentials or reselling access without written permission.

3. Regulated and sensitive data

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis and safeguards before uploading personal data, health records, financial data, or other regulated information. Contact us if you need a data processing agreement.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the offending account, remove the offending content, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it through the contact page with as much detail as possible.
