We collect only the data we need to operate the service:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, billing address.
• Order data: credits purchased, promo codes, currency, payment method selected.
• Documents you upload: file contents and the derived structured output.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and diagnostic logs.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Sequra services.
• Process credit purchases and issue receipts.
• Respond to support requests and send transactional email.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We process personal data under the legal bases of contract performance (delivering the service you purchased), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), legal obligation (invoicing, tax), and consent (optional analytics cookies).

Documents you upload are processed to produce the outputs you request (extracted fields, summaries, analysis). We do not sell or share your documents, and we do not use them to train third-party models. Documents are stored encrypted and are retained only while your account requires them.

We share personal data only with vetted subprocessors that help us deliver the service — cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. We do not sell personal data. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights"). Uploaded documents follow the retention window configured on your workspace.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; you should also protect your account credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

Sequra is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
